Caravan Health Announces Changes to Executive Leadership Team

The company has also named Nicole Banister as Vice President of Practice Transformation, Greg Paris as Vice President of Customer Success, and welcomes Todd Karner as Chief Revenue Officer.
Tim Gronniger started with Caravan Health since 2017 and formerly served as the company's Senior Vice President of Development and Strategy. In his new role, he will manage the company's delivery and operational structure. Erin Fulton has been with Caravan Health since the company began and played a crucial role overseeing its growth from startup to a mature company of more than 150 people. She will continue her role to focus on managing operations and leveraging technology. "No one has been more central to our company's work and success over the years than Erin. Greg Paris, formerly Caravan Health's General Manager for ACO Programs, brings 30 years of health care experience, including CEO experience, to his new role. He will be focused on driving quality results, programmatic performance and client satisfaction in his new role.
Nicole Banister, formerly Senior Director of Practice Transformation, has significant experience in leading organizations, coaching health care providers in the Comprehensive Primary Care Plus model as well as other advanced payment models.
Todd Karner joins Caravan Health from Cerner Corporation, where he was a senior director in population health. Todd began his health care career as a paramedic and flight nurse in Washington, DC. He is currently completing his doctoral degree in health administration at Central Michigan University.
