Caravan Health Announces Key Executive Leadership Changes
Caravan Health, the national leader in population health management, today announced that Tim Gronniger has been named Chief Executive Officer and founding CEO Lynn Barr will take on the newly created role of Executive Chairwoman.
KANSAS CITY, Mo., Sept. 4, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Caravan Health, the national leader in population health management, today announced that Tim Gronniger has been named Chief Executive Officer and founding CEO Lynn Barr will take on the newly created role of Executive Chairwoman.
Tim Gronniger started with Caravan Health in 2017 and formerly served as the company's President. He came to Caravan after more than a decade as a government official, most recently as Chief of Staff and Director of Delivery System Reform at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. In his new role, Mr. Gronniger will oversee all company operations and strategy.

She will remain closely involved in Caravan Health corporate strategy as Chair of the company's board.
