Carey Chapman of RE/MAX of Billings Named on America's Best Real Estate Professionals List By Real Trends
Montana REALTOR® Carey Chapman, of RE/MAX of Billings, was recognized by REAL Trends on their annual "America's Best Real Estate Professionals" list.
BILLINGS, Mont., Oct. 11, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Carey Chapman, broker/owner of RE/MAX of Billings, was recently named to REAL Trends' "America's Best Real Estate Professionals" list for the fourth year in a row. REAL Trends, which authored seven major consumer studies and dozens of industry studies, does its own original fact-based research.
Chapman was one of 3,146 agents in the rankings. The survey is divided into four categories agent teams by volume, agent teams by "sides" (real estate sales are counted by the real estate industry as two "transaction sides" — a buyer's side and a seller's side — as there are opportunities for two real estate agents to participate in a single sale), individual agents by sales volume and individual agents by transaction sides.
Above, the RE/MAX magazine, reported that "RE/MAX agents making the list based on sales volume averaged $30.8 million, far surpassing the industry average of $2.7 million. RE/MAX teams averaged $55.1 million and averaged 144 transaction sides."
