Carl's Fencing, Decking & Home Improvements Completes Acquisition of ATCO Construction
Toms River, NJ (PRWEB) February 08, 2015 -- Carl's Fencing, Decking & Home Improvements, headquartered in Toms River, New Jersey, today announced that on December 30th, they fully executed a definitive agreement in which Carl's officially acquired ATCO Construction, also known as Allan Terhune Company, Inc of Beachwood, New Jersey.
ATCO Construction, of 1121 Tiller Avenue Beachwood, NJ, was founded over 30 years ago by Allan Terhune and offers a full range of home improvement services including windows, siding, railings, decks, gutters, and roofing. With this recent acquisition, ATCO will now expand its service area from Southern New Jersey to the entire state. ATCO will continue to operate out of its current location.
Both companies will be led by Carl DelPizzo Sr., Carl DelPizzo Jr. and Bill Rankin. The integration of the two companies will be led by the senior management members of both companies, Jim Keane, David DelPizzo Sr., and Allan Terhune. Integration planning is set to begin immediately.
