As an IT Executive with over 20 years' experience, Lugo has lead enterprise-level digital transformations with proven success in global infrastructure planning, capacity/cost projections, financial systems, IT governance, telecom, point of sale systems, and digital trends.

He is an active member of HTNG Workgroups, where he plays an integral part developing the standard operating procedures for implementation of AI for Hospitality, as well as a Hybrid Meetings and Events playbook to help hospitality companies adapt to the short-term and long-term effects of the pandemic. He was also responsible for testing, strategy, and go-to-market for the Workgroup output at Marriott.
