It is now Carlson Partners, effective Jan. 1, 2019. The new name reflects the growing company's culture, which provides opportunities for its senior real estate experts to become partners.
The firm's new name coincides with its announcement that Tim Olsen, most recently a senior vice president at Carlson Partners, is the firm's first official partner. Olsen has been with the firm for five years.
Ted Carlson, president at Carlson Partners, said the changes smartly position the firm to continue providing highly tailored, superior consultative services.

Olsen is an industry veteran with a 15-year track record that includes working with many national, regional and local companies. He specializes in tenant representation, lease negotiations, real estate acquisitions, consolidations and advisory services.

Olsen will also continue his community involvement. The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation selected Olsen as a "Twin Cities Finest" in 2016 for his philanthropic efforts and professional success. In 2017, he joined the Cystic Fibrosis Board for the Minnesota and Dakota chapters.
