Tierney is a Rhema Bible Training Center 1995 graduate, focusing on children’s ministry, leading to projects including the Kids on the Move worldwide education series. She lives in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, with her husband and four rescue dogs.

Tierney shares, “We didn’t expect to lose her. All signs were pointing to a miraculous healing, complete restoration, and a Joey mobile to propel God’s Word to His people.

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you saith the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. (Jeremiah 29:11)

“Everything. Everything happens for a reason. Everything. Carmen and I were in the process of writing a book about her miraculous healing through Jesus Christ, a dream I thought she took with her. And then…God moved.”
