As part of their integration, Carolina One clients and agents will be able to obtain PunchList repair estimates within 24 hours, plus get priority access to licensed contractors and dedicated support personnel should they elect to complete the repairs indicated in the estimate.
According to Carolina One President Michael Scarafile, the partnership alleviates a significant pain point in the real estate transaction.
