John Venhuizen is President and Chief Executive Officer of Ace Hardware Corporation. Venhuizen, 45, is a 22-year veteran of Ace. Venhuizen joined Ace within the marketing department in 1992. He has since, worked his way up through the company. Members heard more about his career and initiatives at Ace. They'll benefit from key lessons from one of the country's largest retail cooperatives.

A 21-year veteran of the United States Air Force, Colonel Nicole Malachowski (USAF, Ret.) wanted to fly military jets from the moment she saw them at her first air show when she was five years old.
