CarteNav Solutions Inc. Announces Appointment of New Vice President of Business Development
Halifax, Nova Scotia (PRWEB) March 26, 2015 -- CarteNav Solutions Inc., the makers of AIMS-HD sensor management software, is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Watson to the position of Vice President of Business Development.
“With his extensive business development experience in the aerospace industry, coupled with a strong technical background in electronic engineering, RF technology, and video mission systems, Steve will be a huge asset to the team," said Paul Evans, CEO at CarteNav.
Mr. Watson began his career as an RF Engineer and Technical Manager, specializing in radar and antenna design. Later, he designed and developed a phased array antenna that auto-tracked wireless TV cameras from fixed wing aircraft for live outside broadcast events.
More recently, Mr. Watson became closely involved with airborne mission systems, and has been influential in developing business in military, government, and commercial markets. He has also been responsible for the design and commercialization of new solutions and cutting-edge technologies that have gone on to be deployed in diverse airborne mission systems around the world.
