Consulting magazine's 2019 Best Firms to Work For survey is a comprehensive look at quality of life within the consulting profession's top firms, based on an independent survey of about 11,000 consultants representing more than 300 firms. The Best Firms to Work for rankings are based on an online survey conducted in the spring and summer of 2019. The consultants operate in every service line, across at least 35 different project/practice areas, and serve clients across all major industries. More than three-quarters of the respondents came from the U.S. and represent nearly every staff level from CEO to Analyst.
In order to be named a Best Firm to Work For or a Best Small Firm to Work For, firms were ranked based on survey responses in six categories — each measuring a different aspect of employee satisfaction. Participants were polled on employee satisfaction topics including client engagement, firm culture, leadership, compensation and benefits, work/life balance and career development. On the survey, Cask excelled in the area of client engagement.
