ST. LOUIS, Nov. 24, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Chesterfield-based ecommerce company Cat5 Commerce announced it will consolidate its office space and distribution center into Commerce Park West in Dardenne Prairie, MO in 2022.
Recognized three times as a Top Workplace by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Cat5 Commerce is moving into the 18-acre development to advance the operations and growth of the company.
"Centralizing our facilities under one roof will not only ease our current growing pains, but also lay the framework for our next 10 years of growth. It will allow us to explore logistical innovation and further elevate our customer experience," said Cat5 Commerce CEO Andrew Hoefener, "At the same time, strengthening our reputation for attracting and retaining top talent in the St. Louis area. "
Commerce Park West recently broke ground on the $20-million development in September, with a projected completion date in late 2022. The campus is located on the technology corridor in St. Charles County, with direct access to Highway 64. It's being built to offer premium high-tech office space alongside a modern distribution platform, allowing for the latest in warehouse automation and robotics.
The 230,000-square-foot development will be able to accommodate multiple tenants, offering 28 dock positions, 4 oversized drive-ins and a 28-foot clear height. Jake Corrigan with Sansone Group will be marketing the project for lease.
