Ms. Drummond will be responsible for all aspects of CAG's businesses based out of Illinois, including manufacturing operations and leadership of two CAG brands: IAC Acoustics and Noise Barriers.
Throughout her career, Laura has demonstrated a solid track record of growth and leadership in positions with increasing responsibility across operations, sales and marketing, business development and general management. Most recently, she served as the Business Unit Manager - PNA Construction Technologies at Illinois Tool Works (ITW), a Fortune 200 global multi-industrial manufacturing company, and previously held notable positions with The Chamberlain Group and Great American Group.
Ms. Drummond has repeatedly demonstrated her ability to be a collaborative leader who clearly understands how to motivate varying groups with different and sometimes competing functions to drive results. Skilled in both leading manufacturing and commercial operations of an organization, Laura is highly versatile and competent in overall business acumen.
