Ron Jost Joins Catalyst Healthcare as Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Jost has over 25 years of experience in the software industry, having previously worked with Intuit, Amazon, Saville Systems, IP Commerce, QHR Technologies, and recently, The Monarch Corporation where he served as CEO for Pack4U. A pharmacy-to-pharmacy fulfillment operation offering centralized filling of adherence packaging, Pack4U was originally created by Catalyst Healthcare and remains fully integrated with their suite of software. With expertise in product management, product development, and global implementation, Mr. Jost will work with Catalyst Founder and CEO, Shane Bishop, to drive Catalyst’s expansion from the traditional long-term care space into the consumer-driven, patient-focused retail market of medication adherence technologies.

Rubicon Pharmacies operates 62 locations and is based out of Weyburn, Saskatchewan. As Rubicon serves both retail and long-term care, meeting the complete adherence needs for the entire network of pharmacy locations marks a significant foray into the retail marketplace for Catalyst. The appointment of Mr. Jost will serve to strengthen Catalyst’s market position as the company explores these and other strategic expansion opportunities for their full-service adherence solutions.
