Catalyst, the award-winning manufacturer of protective waterproof cases, is working to raise awareness and dollars for The Nature Conservancy (TNC) through team fundraising efforts as well as the AmazonSmile program. Through Friday, November 2, The Nature Conservancy will benefit from Amazon’s generous increase in charity support that donates 5 percent of eligible purchases through the Smile program to the charities designated by participating retail brands. After Friday, TNC will still receive the standard Amazon donation of .05 percent for all Catalyst cases purchased through their site.
“Catalyst, at its roots, is an outdoor brand and our team works in a number of ways to preserve nature’s gifts so the next generation can enjoy them as we have,” Catalyst CEO June Lai said. “We’re proud to support The Nature Conservancy in their efforts to protect forests, rivers and natural habitats all over the world. We applaud Amazon for their generosity as they increase donations by 10 times this week and encourage people to take advantage of the opportunity to support the charitable organization closest to them.”
The Nature Conservancy is one of the most effective environmental organizations in the world. For more than six decades, they have worked to protect more than 119 million acres of land and 5,000 river miles as well as operate more than 100 marine conservation projects globally.
