Jens Busch brings over 20 years of experience in hotel and resort operations with Hyatt Hotels, Marriott International, Jumeirah Hotels and Sands China. His consulting services include management operations review, quality assurance and analysis, hotel and resort rooms operations support, hotel pre-opening support and rooms task force, organizational development, and staffing solutions. He is also a part of CTC Consulting Group in Hong Kong, providing support and advice for Hotel Owners and Operators in Asia. In 2019 he completed the SC Johnson College of Business General Managers program at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
David Salcfas started his career over 35 years ago and is a proven leader in the hospitality industry. He has held twenty two positions, worked at fifteen hotels, across five brands and several restaurants. His consulting services include interview skill training to pivot and focus using the STAR process, excel in both union and non-union labor markets, transparent observations to assess and implement improvements, and create a balanced scorecard action plan. His other competencies include communication, time management, work execution and accountability, employee engagement, guest satisfaction and financial success. David also serves as the Guidance Team Leader for the Northeast Business Councils and is on the Board of Directors for the Hotel Association of New York City. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management and Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
Haydee Cruz has over 25 years of experience in the hotel and tourism sector. She has held multiple sales management and operation positions in 5 star hotels and resorts in the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Venezuela, and in the luxury resorts in Thailand and The Maldives. Her consulting services include digital marketing, sales team development, distribution strategies, hotel sales recovery plan after crisis and market analysis. She has a strong network in the tour and travel, Incentives and Corporate segments and in-market B2B and B2C. Cruz's expertise in sales and marketing and operations has been honored with brands such as Marriott, Anantara, Accor, Outrigger, and Onyx, as well as luxury independent hotels and resorts around the globe. She is fluent in Spanish and is currently based in Bangkok, Thailand.
