MANCHESTER, N.H. (PRWEB) September 15, 2020
CCA For Social Good, a division of CCA Global Partners, and Ambassador Enterprises (AE) are proud to announce their partnership to customize an online knowledge hub designed to support quality initiatives and positive impact in early childhood education.
As a legacy-minded private equity firm, Ambassador Enterprises invests in long-term, innovative, proactive solutions that positively impact businesses, organizations, people, and communities. The development and integration of the Indiana Early Learning Hub allows AE to serve as a catalyst for increasing awareness and improving collaboration within the early childhood education (ECE) network to empower child care professionals to succeed in facing the challenges in early childhood education.
The Indiana Early Learning Hub (http://www.inearlylearninghub.com) is a customized version of ECE Shared Resources, an online knowledge hub developed in 2009 to support the quality of early child care and education. Serving as a one-stop digital solution, child care directors, business owners, teachers, and staff have access to over 2,000 innovative, practical tools, handbooks, policies, and guidelines for budgeting, business best practices, human resources, indoor and outdoor safety, emergency preparedness and more. Each resource was developed with one goal in mind – to save valuable time and money so providers can focus on providing high-quality child care and education. Membership to the IN Early Learning Hub also includes access to a unique, Indiana-specific early learning job board that allows providers to post positions to LinkedIn, Indeed, Jobrapido, and more.
Currently, the platform is expanding to include up-to-the-minute business and classroom resources to support and strengthen child care operations amidst the COVID-19 crisis.
“We see the Indiana Early Learning Hub as an extension of our mission and commitment to supporting the overall well-being of child care and early education programs across Indiana,” stated Karyn Tomkinson, Ed.D. Program Manager of Early Childhood at Ambassador Enterprises. “We envision that the Indiana Early Learning Hub will be the foundation for shared services that improve business sustainability and quality of programs across the State. With its development and launch, childcare providers are now able to focus on the most essential part of their job—educating and developing our children.”
“ECE Shared Resources was developed in response to the increasing need in the early childhood education community for access to programmatic and operational business supports that impact positive outcomes for children in both center- and family-based child care programs,” stated Denise Sayer, Vice President of CCA For Social Good, the innovator of the online shared resource platform. “The platform is especially helpful in the current child care environment because of its ability to adapt and respond to the ever-changing needs of this professional community.”
In pursuit of investing in children and communities, Indiana joins 32 other states that have adopted the shared resources platform to support the success of early childhood education across the country.
