CCI Consulting Adds Well-Known Human Resource Leader to its Team
PHILADELPHIA, PA (PRWEB) May 22, 2018 -- CCI Consulting, A Career Partners International firm in Philadelphia, PA is proud to announce the appointment of Rob Croner as the Vice President of Senior Executive Career Coaching Services. While Rob will further develop our Senior Executive Career Transition and Retirement services, he will also lend his support to our Executive Coaching, Executive Search and Senior Leadership and Strategy Development practices.
Rob has enjoyed a successful career leading award winning and industry recognized HR teams. At the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), Rob is the CHRO and trusted member of the leadership team. Rob will join CCI Consulting sometime in the next two months as he transitions his position at CHOP. Prior to CHOP, Rob held senior level HR positions for several prominent organizations in the Philadelphia area. Rob has also served the community as a board member of the Metropolitan Career Center and the Philadelphia Workforce Investment Board.
The leadership team at CCI Consulting recognizes a growing need to further support senior executives and senior teams. Rob has the experience, acumen and competencies to lead and grow this service building on the foundation CCI Consulting has set over the past 30 years. “Our clients prefer a differentiated senior transition experience. Rob’s formal education includes a Master’s degree from Widener University and an undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College in addition to numerous industry trainings and recognitions. “I have been privileged to work with some amazing people at highly regarded organizations, like CHOP, and will always be grateful for whom they have made me. I am looking forward to taking all my experience and knowledge and using it in a different way.
