Hundreds of travel advisors, agency owners, and supplier partners are expected to attend the Second Annual CCRA Travel Commerce Network PowerSolutions National conference scheduled for February 6-9, 2020 at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center, at National Harbor, Maryland.

This highly anticipated opportunity presents training options for advisors and owners at all levels of experience. Attendees will be able to customize their learning and choose from an array of educational sessions and business enhancement opportunities. Participants will also connect with a vast community of experts and suppliers, uncover tactical advice from industry-leaders, and learn how to drive a successful travel business in the digital age.

CCRA will officially kick off the conference with their state-of-the-organization address on Friday morning, February 7th. The general session will be led by CCRA’s CEO Dic Marxen, and USTOA’s President Terry Dale who will give his thoughts on today’s travel industry and touch on the positive impact of tourism and what trends he sees in the current market. He will also share some of his own personal experiences of perseverance and climbing to the top.

Then participants will hear from Meliá Hotels International sponsored keynote, Jessica Cox, the first armless pilot in aviation history. Her achievement earned her a Guinness World Record medal and has been a trending topic on Facebook and featured on tv programs like Ellen, Inside Edition, Fox and Friends, Oprah Winfrey Network, CNN, CBS Evening News, and the BBC. Jessica believes in a future where people passionately pursue their dreams with the resilience to overcome any challenge. During her presentation, she will provide inspirational insight on how to approach a challenge while redefining the concept of possibility, and help people reconnect with their own inner strength and aptitude by sharing in her struggles and successes of living in a "two-handed" world.
