S. Trimble Co., Inc., operating as the Overhead Door Company of Knoxville, Chattanooga, and Johnson City (collectively, "OHD East Tennessee"). The acquisition marks C&D's first add-on since partnering with Crescentia in 2025 and extends the platform's footprint into East Tennessee.
Founded in 1936 by William S. Trimble, the business has served East Tennessee for nine decades and ranks among the longest-standing distributors of Overhead Door Corporation products in the country. From branches in Knoxville, Chattanooga, and Johnson City, OHD East Tennessee provides sales, installation, service, and repair of commercial and residential overhead doors, rolling steel doors, dock equipment, and related products to contractors, industrial and institutional facilities, and homeowners across the region.
