CEIPAL, an industry-leading talent acquisition automation platform, today announced a new partnership with TextToHire, to provide its customers with a new enterprise texting platform for recruitment & staffing professionals.

Fully scalable and integrating with any ATS or CRM, TextToHire combines real-time communication, personalized messaging, and the power of automation. With a wide range of capabilities, including built-in SMS outreach campaigns, automatic notifications & reminders, & instant data sharing, TextToHire helps recruiters engage talent directly from their ATS, mobile device, or web browser.

The launch of TextToHire was announced by CEIPAL’s CEO and Founder, Sameer Penakalapati, at its flagship event, CEIPAL Connect.

TextToHire is CEIPAL’s first partner product. The platform offers text-enabled business phone numbers, automatic SMS messages, personalized SMS templates, and—most notably—unlimited incoming messages at no additional cost. This pricing model is unique among industry SMS providers, who normally charge for both outgoing and incoming communications.

TextToHire offers three pricing options, all of which include a free integration with the client’s ATS, unlimited incoming text messages, the TextToHire web app, and the TextToHire mobile app. The “starter” option includes 500 messages, the “basic” option includes 1,000, and the “professional” option includes 2,000 messages. These pricing packages are not subscription packages, which will provide staffing firms complete pricing flexibility.
