S.J.Hemley Marketing’s in-depth ATS research findings show that CEIPAL outperforms competing software in almost every category

In a market-wide survey of ATS users, CEIPAL ranked highest in overall satisfaction.

CEIPAL, an industry-leading talent acquisition automation platform, was found to be the highest rated applicant tracking system (ATS) in the industry, according to a recent industry-wide evaluation from S.J.Hemley Marketing.

This study was launched to gather transparent feedback from current ATS users and determine which applicant tracking systems are leaders in the marketplace. The purpose of the study was also to help ATS buyers make informed decisions about which software providers could most effectively meet their needs.

“We wanted to evaluate applicant tracking systems in the most rigorous and unbiased way possible,” said President of S.J.Hemley Marketing, Larry Hemley. “We managed to do just that by gathering responses from more than 200 respondents across the industry. The results were conclusive across a broad range of categories and should help staffing professionals to make intelligent buying decisions based on individual and organizational needs when it comes to finding the right ATS.”

Respondents included ATS users from a variety of industry providers, including Bullhorn, CEIPAL, Avionte, eRecruit, and JobDiva. 46% of respondents were firms with 0-10 ATS seats, while 37% of respondents had 11-100 seats and 17% had 101-250 seats.

The study begins by asking users to rank their current system’s capabilities, such as candidate management, reporting and artificial intelligence to onboarding, CRM and database management. CEIPAL scored an average of 7.1 for its overall system capabilities, the highest average of any in the ATS category.

The study examined the industry’s overall satisfaction rating on how each tool works for its user. From the user experience to the ease of use, integrations available, customizability, and support, CEIPAL ranked at the top of the list again with the highest overall satisfaction rating.

The study also analyzed what features are most important to staffing firms across the globe. The three top-ranked features included the user interface/experience, customization, and support. CEIPAL ranked either first or second in all three of those categories.
