Capital Hilton will be hosting local breweries such as DC Brau and Flying Dog, and distilleries such as Republic Restoratives. The select partners will be showcasing their locally made beverage options along with fall themed cocktails to sip and savor. Statler Lounge (open 4:30pm-11pm) will also be showcasing perfect-for-fall cocktails made with local spirits such as the Pumpkin Spice Cocktail, and local beers on tap.
Executive Chef Andrew Dixon will prepare farm-to-table specialties with produce from local farmers markets at several stations throughout the lobby. Be prepared to learn about all DC's food scene has to offer. Interactive features will include Chesapeake Bay oysters, softshell crabs, and more.
