Chef Jason Pringle presents a special prix fixe, four-course Thanksgiving dinner menu with choices that include: Dungeness Crab with Meyer lemon crème fraiche and caviar; King Salmon Gravlox with beets, mustard, and horseradish; and Roasted Pumpkin Bisque with lobster, Pain d’Epices, and shiso; Traditional Early Bird Turkey with Yukon potato puree, brioche stuffing, Half Moon Bay brussels sprouts, giblet gravy, and cranberry compote; and Prime Beef Tenderloin with Royal Trumpet mushrooms, marble potatoes, and Bordelaise.

Chef Jason Pringle’s celebratory five-course tasting menu in Navio will feature a Champagne toast, artfully presented seasonal dishes, and caviar. Afterwards, head to The Conservatory next door and continue the New Year’s Eve celebration with live entertainment.

Winter Libations

While guests enjoy the festive holiday décor and breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean in Navio and at The Conservatory, they can imbibe in hand-made winter cocktails. Specialties include the Under the Mistletoe crafted with Tanqueray gin, rosemary-infused sweet and sour, Slingshot Cabernet, and garnished with Luxardo cherry and fresh rosemary. The Love Potion No. Wine features crème de violette, Cointreau, rosé, lemon juice, and Prosecco.

Sugar Plum Facial at The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Half Moon Bay
Offered during the month of December

This winter, nourish fatigued skin and restore its natural moisture balance with the seasonal Sugar Plum Facial. This treatment begins with a cleansing, followed by an arctic berry enzyme exfoliate that removes dead skin cells and prevents the visible signs of aging, while essential vitamins and minerals replenish the skin’s moisture and restores the appearance of elasticity. A cranberry pomegranate masque is then applied that is rich with vitamin c and nutrients featuring whole fruits, seeds and juice that revitalizes and improves tone. The skin is then refreshed with a wild plum tonic featuring mineral rich plum juice. A sugar plum whip moisturizer and iron-rich wild plum eye cream completes the treatment to revive the complexion’s appearance and restores it to its youthful glow while reducing the appearance of dark circles under the eyes.
