Cellular-based access control company, CellGate, has announced a new addition to their sales organization. Beginning Monday, July 29th, 2019, Jeffrey “Jay” Van de Linde has joined the CellGate team to serve as its new National Sales Manager, reporting to the company’s Vice-President of Sales, Ken Shaw.

Van de Linde comes to CellGate with a long history in accounts, marketing and sales team leadership, including 20 years at The Chamberlain Group/LiftMaster. Much of Van de Linde’s time at The Chamberlain Group was focused on building and mentoring sales teams, which will be a key component of his responsibilities at Cellgate. Van de Linde’s wealth of knowledge and experience with access control products, and his many established relationships with dealers and distributors that serve the fence and gate industry, made him an ideal choice for the company.

Shaw emphasizes that adding Van de Linde to the Cellgate team demonstrates the company’s continued commitment to its valuable distributor and dealer partners. “We have an incredibly strong and growing distributor and dealer network already,” said Shaw. “In order to assure their continued success and to provide the support to continue our fast pace growth, we knew it was the right time to add someone with Jay’s sales management and control access industry experience to the team. Van de Linde will represent Cellgate out of the Chicago area, and will work with all of Cellgate’s sales channels including fence and gate, home automation and systems integrators, amongst others.
