CenterCal Properties Announces Appointment of Craig Ramey as President of Pacific NW and Bay Area
Ramey will lead development, leasing and construction projects for West Coast properties representing approximately 3,500,000 square feet of premiere retail and mixed-use space.
TIGARD, Ore., Jan. 12, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- CenterCal Properties, the California-based full-service commercial real estate business, announced the appointment of Craig Ramey as President of the Pacific NW and Bay Area. Ramey will lead development, construction, and tenant services for 11 properties, in three states representing approximately 3,500,000 square feet of premiere retail and mixed-use space. Formerly, Ramey held the position of Managing Director of the Pacific Northwest, Northern California, and Colorado for Regency Centers. While there, Craig was responsible for overseeing the formulation, growth, and management of property development and investment business.

Ramey will be based out of Bridgeport Village in Tigard, Oregon and is responsible for CenterCal's Pacific NW and Bay Area properties including: The Village at Totem Lake, The Trails at Silverdale, The Terminal at Ballard and Valley Mall in Washington, Bridgeport Village, Nyberg Woods and Nyberg Rivers in Oregon and The Collection at Riverpark, The Veranda, The Fillmore, and The Annex Food Hall in California.

Ramey earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oregon State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, skiing in central Oregon, golfing, and hiking.
