A seasoned business executive with extensive multimedia experience, Ross is responsible for overseeing day to day operations of Central Penn Business Journal and Central Penn Parent, a family focused publication, event producer and web site. Ross will report to Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, Group Publisher at BridgeTower Media, the parent company of both properties.
Ross has extensive experience driving publishing, advertising and marketing strategies for companies across a range of industries. Most recently, she served as Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer at Kross Strategies in Lancaster, advising companies on how to successfully meet their business objectives and revenue goals. Prior to that, Ross held senior sales and marketing roles at Penn Waste and Ecore International, two leading Central Pennsylvania businesses. Ross began her career in publishing at The Meredith Corporation, Reader's Digest and Gannett's USA Weekend working with well known brands John Deere, Hunter Douglas, SubZero and MetLife Auto & Home.

A graduate of Wake Forest University, she resides in Lancaster.
