FTH did this acquisition through its subsidiary Accscient, LLC, in partnership with Alaris USA, Inc.
Headquartered in Morrisville, NC, Emergys is an established provider of business critical software from SAP, Microsoft and IBM which address customer needs around ERP, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Integration, Mobility and Platform as a Service.
