CEO Coaching International®, the leading firm for coaching growth-focused CEOs and entrepreneurs globally, announced today that its latest Net Promoter Score (NPS) research showed a rating of 88. This indicates that clients of CEO Coaching International are overwhelmingly satisfied with the world-class coaching, tools, and resources they receive.

An NPS score is a metric that is used as a standardized measurement of overall customer experience and loyalty. It is calculated by asking clients if they would recommend a company’s services to others. On average, companies in the professional services industry report an average NPS of 43. CEO Coaching International’s NPS of 88 is a testament to the work that its experienced, former-CEO coaches do to meaningfully improve their clients’ businesses and lives.
