SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 6, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Challenge Day has appointed Anne Wilson as the Interim Executive Director. Anne will oversee the operations and management of Challenge Day while the organization searches for a permanent leader.

Anne joins Challenge Day after serving as CEO of United Way Bay Area for the last 20 years. Anne has earned a reputation for leading transformational social impact and implementing effective organizational change.

Our transformative experiential programs support emotional well-being and resiliency, build cross-cultural connections, reduce conflict, and positively influence educational achievement.
Challenge Day helps youth unlearn harmful habits, experience vulnerability as a pillar to restore strength, and enable them to experience the freedom of full expression through the lens of compassion, connection, and diversity. In the past 5 years we have supported 300,000 students directly. In addition, we have worked with, 60,000 adults who work with youth. Our work spans 44 U.S. states, 5 provinces in Canada, Belgium and Netherlands.
