Channel Maven Consulting Announces New VP of Channel Strategy
Boulder, Colorado (PRWEB) February 03, 2016 -- Channel Maven Consulting adds strategic channel powerhouse Sheila O’Neil as VP of Channel Strategy. An award-winning senior channel executive, formerly of Panasonic, and highly regarded independent consultant, O’Neil knows the channel inside and out. “We’ve known and respected Sheila’s experience for years. Sheila is the perfect person to round out our current executive team as Channel Maven Consulting hits record growth. Sheila will help us do more of what we do best and brings in more experience around new offerings,” says Heather Margolis, President and Founder of Channel Maven.
Having joined the team in October full-time after several months of contracting with Channel Maven, O’Neil will focus on channel program enablement and channel communications to partners at Channel Maven. “Sheila’s track record speaks for itself. She’s done everything from overseeing phenomenal year-over-year program growth at Panasonic to helping companies completely new to the channel accelerate program development and success,” explains Margolis. For additional testament to her expertise, look no further than the channel centric awards O’Neil has amassed throughout her career, including five consecutive years as one of the Top 100 Channel IT Executives from CRN, an ARC Award and Channel Executive of the Year from VAR Business.
At Channel Maven, O’Neil joins Margolis and one of the industry’s more agile, collaborative, and intelligent teams of channel program and channel marketing executives, which includes Lisa Deison, VP, Operations; Jenn Reed, VP Channel Marketing, and McNall Mason, Director of Digital Strategy.
“Joining Channel Maven Consulting allows me to contribute my experience and channel knowledge to expand current offerings. I've always respected the work Heather and her team accomplish. I'm excited to be part of a great team,” said O’Neil.
In addition to providing day-to-day client support and mentoring for the wider Channel Maven team, O’Neil will tag-team with Margolis for speaking engagements and other strategic-level needs. “As much as I’d like to be in two places at once, I haven’t figured that out yet,” laughs Margolis. “Having Sheila on board is an even better solution. Her experience and successes in the channel spans 20 years, and I have no doubt she will bring a new and invaluable perspective to our clients, team, and events.”
O’Neil, will work out of Channel Maven’s Boulder office.
