Chapman Associates Acquisition Announcement: IT Services
Schaumburg, IL (PRWEB) October 21, 2013 -- Chapman Associates has announced the sale of Warren, N.J.-based infrastructureWORKS (i-Works) to ITsavvy, one of the fastest growing providers of integrated IT products and solutions in the U.S. i-Works is an IT services and consulting company, specializing in solutions in many areas of IT, including storage, virtualization, networking, business intelligence and disaster recovery.
“From our perspective, the acquisition will accelerate growth and give our clients access to a larger set of resources—an expanded product portfolio and a broader service bench. It will also extend our geographic reach for our clients with a national presence.” said Jeff Greenberg, i-Works’ managing director.
“The acquisition of i-Works will expand our technical depth in big data, storage, backup, virtualization and networking,” added Mike Theriault, ITsavvy’s President and CEO. “It will enhance our expertise in product lines that we already sell, such as Cisco, EMC, Riverbed and VMware and in new product lines that our clients are demanding, including Greenplum, Extreme Networks, and Infoblox.”
