Chapters Health System Picks Dean H. Forman, MBA as Its New COO
TAMPA, Fla. (PRWEB) November 08, 2018 -- Chapters Health System and its affiliates (Good Shepherd Hospice, HPH Hospice and LifePath Hospice) announced today Dean H. Forman, MBA, will start officially as the new Chief Operating Officer on Monday, December 3, 2018. Forman will report directly to President and Chief Executive Officer Andrew Molosky. In 2017, Chapters Health affiliates served almost 19,000 patients and families across eight counties—Citrus, Hardee, Hernando, Hillsborough, Highlands, Pasco, Pinellas and Polk.
“Chapters Health System conducted an extensive national search for our chief operating officer position,” said Molosky. “As COO, Dean will assume operational responsibilities for our hospice affiliates, Good Shepherd Hospice, HPH Hospice and LifePath Hospice, along with the Chapters Health Home Connect division.”
Forman has over 16 years in hospice operations. In his most recent roles as the Vice President of Operations for the Mid-Atlantic region with Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care of Maryland, he was instrumental in the implementation of a strategic plan directing high-impact projects from concept through completion in order to create several hospital-based hospice inpatient units, and initiated and developed strategic partnerships in acute and post-acute environments including hospital-based and palliative care solutions.
“Along with his business sense, Dean is dedicated to raising hospice awareness in the community as demonstrated by his active involvement with the Hospice and Palliative Network of Maryland,” continued Molosky.
Forman received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Management & Organizational Development from Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey and a Masters of Business Administration from La Salle University in Philadelphia.
“We look forward to great accomplishments with Dean as an integral member of our leadership team,” added Molosky.
