Chartio's Self-Service Business Intelligence ratings were highlighted with an overall Usability Score of 8.53 vs. the category average of 7.7. Chartio scored 89% in 'Ease of Use' compared to a category average of 83%, and 88% in 'Ease of Admin' compared to a category average of 84%.
Implementation Index
Chartio's Self-Service Business Intelligence ratings were highlighted with an overall Implementation Score of 8.87 vs. the category average of 7.3. Chartio scored 90% in 'Ease of Setup' compared to a category average of 81%, and 64% in 'Average User Adoption' compared to a category average of 52%. Furthermore, Chartio's average time to go live was less than 2 weeks vs. the category average of 2.5 months.
Results Index
Chartio's Self-Service Business Intelligence ratings were highlighted with an overall Results Score of 8.6 vs. the category average of 7.7. Chartio scored 89% in 'Likelihood to Recommend' compared to a category average of 86%. In addition, Chartio received an estimated ROI of 8.5 months vs. the category average of 13.4 months.
Relationship Index
Chartio's Self-Service Business Intelligence ratings were highlighted with an overall Relationship Score of 8.96 vs. the category average of 7.9.
