CheckAlt Bolsters Credit Union Expertise with New Hires Stacey Bryant and Jackie Taque
Industry Executives Join CheckAlt to Support Credit Union Digital Transformation
LOS ANGELES, Nov. 4, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- CheckAlt, a leading provider of payment processing solutions for hundreds of credit unions across the United States, has hired Stacey Bryant and Jackie Taque to bring their combined 30-plus years of experience to support credit unions in their digital transformation journeys.
Credit union members today expect payment solutions that deliver time-efficient interactions and excellent customer service. Meeting these expectations is the difference between loyalty for a lifetime and members fleeing to find technology that suits their needs. By hiring Bryant and Taque, CheckAlt is expanding its ability to support more credit unions with leading-edge technology to strengthen member services, secure member data, and grow deposits.
"Furthering our CEO Shai Stern's commitment to enhancing technology for credit unions, we are thrilled to have Jackie and Stacey join our team," CheckAlt's Chief Product and Innovation Officer Bobby Rahmanian said.
Bryant and Taque embody the credit union credo of "people helping people" by consistently operating from a position of service with gratitude. Both know from first-hand experience that credit unions must transform their operations with digital solutions that serve their tech-savvy members. "Credit unions are needing to change at a rapid pace these days, especially when it comes to the world of digital transformation," Taque stated. "I want to be a trusted partner that credit unions can turn to."
Taque grew up in credit unions with her grandfather, gaining early exposure to the financial world. She worked at CUNA Mutual Group for a cumulative 13 years, holding several different positions including Lending Protection Manager, Sales Manager, Implementation Project Manager, and Implementation Engagement Manager. Taque has also worked at Lockheed Federal Credit Union and held positions at First Financial FCU. She graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a bachelor's degree in communications. She is currently enrolled in the Executive Master of Business Administration program at Pepperdine University, expected to graduate April 2020.
Prior to CheckAlt, Bryant spent the past eight years at American Airlines Federal Credit Union where she worked her way up to branch manager. As a former front-line employee, Bryant educated members and provided them with the products and services that best suited their financial footprint. "Whether it was building credit going to school, buying a new car, buying a home, planning for retirement—I was there every step of their way," Bryant explained. "Now I get the honor of supporting the mission of credit unions through CheckAlt as a technology solutions provider." Bryant previously worked as a banker with Chase and as a bookkeeper with Bravo Supermarkets. She holds an associate's degree in business administration from Borough of Manhattan Community College.
