NEW YORK (PRWEB) October 15, 2019
Chefclub, the world’s leading producer of entertaining recipe videos, announced today the launch of their latest endeavor Kiddoz, which is now available on Kickstarter. The Kiddoz Kickstarter campaign is set to inspire kids and encourages creativity in the kitchen, while spending quality time as a family preparing money-saving, nutritious foods that everyone can enjoy. Kiddoz is a whole new experience, allowing kids to cook recipes without having to know how to read, through easy to follow step-by-step instruction, engaging characters, and inspiring images. The Kiddoz kit comes with 6 clever measuring cups, a 20-recipe cookbook, and additional recipes that are available via the app. Kiddoz is available on Kickstarter now with the goal of raising €15,000 over the next 30 days.
Chefclub was launched in 2016 by Thomas, Jonathan and Axel Lang; three brothers who wanted to reinvent the too-often boring cooking experience and turn it into something fun. Despite having no experience in the kitchen, the three brothers are leveraging their past gaming background by creating fun and extremely visual recipe videos on social media. The Lang brothers set out to create Chefclub with the goal of bringing everyone to the kitchen including, newbies and professionals, males and females, elders and youngsters. Since they launched, Chefclub has grown substantially with its team of culinary talents coming from all corners of the world. Together they have turned Chefclub into what it is today, a diverse team of culinary professionals that is passionate about food and having fun in the kitchen.
“We’re excited for our Kickstarter campaign as we launch Kiddoz. This kit nurtures imagination, makes cooking fun for kids of all ages and gives them the confidence to create, cook, and try new foods,” said Jonathan Lang, Co-Founder of Chefclub. “With more than 80 million people following Chefclub around the world, our strategy to turn cooking into entertainment is thriving! And we’re excited to offer a new experience to kids around the world!”
Inside every Kiddoz kit is a set of cute, character-coded measuring cups and an illustrated cookbook. The measuring cups and cookbook work together to create a new cooking language, simple enough for kids to use on their own and fun enough for everyone to enjoy. The measuring cups are microwave and freezer safe, BPA-free, colorful, and designed to fit comfortably in a child's hand. The Kiddoz cookbook includes 20 illustrated recipes — each made with nothing more than Kiddoz cups and standard kitchen tools. The kit acts as a gateway to the immersive Kiddoz universe while shopping lists and videos accompany every recipe, cartoons guide the user, and the Chefclub app unlocks additional content in the form of healthy recipes based on classic French staples for unlimited cooking excitement.
“Now more than ever, it is important to bring families together and what better way to do that than through freshly prepared food and delicious homemade meals,” said Thomas Lang, Co-Founder of Chefclub. “There are not many cooking tools intended for kids, which is why our cups and cookbook come together to create an autonomous experience similar to playing with Legos or Play-Doh. When you use Kiddoz, the character-coded measuring cups guide you through the recipes, one image at a time, each step unlocking a new cooking language. When combined with our mobile app and videos, the entire cooking experience becomes interactive and engaging for kids and easy for families to enjoy together. We’re changing family time, one dinner at a time.”
With the campaign launching today, backers are encouraged to support the campaign now on Kickstarter. As an early bird special offer, Chefclub is offering multiple Pledge options including, Pledges as low as €5 for a website shout out, to Pledges as high as €490 for 20 Kiddoz Kits, printable coloring pages, digital wallpapers and a personalized thank you note, with 7 other Pledge options and backer levels available.
