Working Together to Address Substance Use Disorder in Southwestern Indiana

- Tracking and intervention when patient nears a personal high-risk location (e.g., bar they frequented, park where they purchased) based on phone GPS;
- One-click access to 24/7 helpline and other resources when stressed, or have urgent support need; and
- Audio, video, and reading content.
