Newest Location Opening in Parker, Colorado; Entertainment destination to feature pickleball courts, sports bar and casual, chef-driven restaurant
PARKER, Colo., May 3, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Chicken N Pickle – a unique, indoor/outdoor entertainment complex with a casual, chef-driven restaurant, sports bar, pickleball courts and a variety of yard games – has announced Parker, Colorado, as the site of its newest location and second venue in Colorado. This announcement quickly follows last month's Thornton, Colorado news. Chicken N Pickle will build its signature complex at Gatherings at Parker, a 14.5-acre development at the intersection of North Jordan Road and E-470, in Parker, a southeastern suburb of Denver. Chicken N Pickle plans to break ground on the 1.5-acre multi-level Parker property in 2023, opening to the public in 2024.
Established in Kansas City, Missouri, in 2016, Chicken N Pickle is a wildly popular destination for families, young adults and corporate gatherings. The company has since expanded to Wichita, Kansas; San Antonio, Texas; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Overland Park, Kansas; Grand Prairie, Texas; and Grapevine, Texas. With the Thornton and Parker openings in 2024, there are a total of eight locations currently under development including Glendale, Arizona (opening in 2023); St. Charles, Missouri (opening in 2023); Allen, Texas (opening in 2024); Webster, Texas (opening in 2024); Henderson, Nevada (opening in 2024); and Fishers, Indiana (opening in 2024).

Chicken N Pickle will join the Gatherings at Parker development as an anchor tenant alongside retail stores, restaurants, and other community-building features designed to draw people in every day of the week. Gatherings at Parker's 14.5-acre development includes an outdoor green space at its center with all-weather turf, trees, interactive fountains, outdoor fire pits, gardens and play areas. Additionally, Life.Church will occupy the 5-acre space at the east end of the property.

Chicken N Pickle's main dining area is spacious enough for corporate and social events, from lunch meetings to large rehearsal dinners and team-building events. Chicken N Pickle Parker will feature bars, multiple dining areas on the main floor and rooftop dining with outdoor tables for guests. The venue will offer numerous indoor and outdoor pickleball courts and a variety of lawn games, such as cornhole, ping pong, battleship and Jenga.
Using responsibly raised, antibiotic- and hormone-free chicken, the menu includes delicious, rotisserie dishes available in four different seasonings along with pork and beef sandwiches, as well as signature hand-cut fries and tots.
