CHICAGO, April 02, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Chief Learning Officer magazine has announced the 2019 rankings for its prestigious LearningElite benchmarking program, recognizing more than 60 global organizations for their outstanding corporate education strategies.
The results of the rigorous peer-reviewed program were revealed April 1 during a gala dinner and awards ceremony that capped off the first day of CLO Symposium Spring 2019, one of the magazine's two premier conferences for senior workforce development and talent management executives held annually. For 2019, the top five LearningElite organizations, respectively, are Nationwide, AT&T, EY, Vi and KPMG.
"The LearningElite has become a highly valued standard for evaluating the true impact of enterprise learning and leadership development on business performance and competitiveness," said Sarah Kimmel, director of research and advisory services for Human Capital Media (HCM), which publishes Chief Learning Officer. "The organizations ranked at the top of the 2019 LearningElite are not only recognized for achieving outstanding outcomes for their own enterprises but they also provide a significant yardstick against which other companies can assess their own progress toward turning learning and development into a measurable driver of business results."
