Ling has been working hard to perfect this year’s Chinese New Year “Feast of Fortune” menu with limited-time items such as Miso Sea Bass, Lucky Noodles, Char Siu Pork Tenderloin and General Ling’s Chicken.
The special “Lucky Libations” menu developed by Ling and Louie’s in-house mixologist was uniquely concocted to increase good fortune and promote kindness among men; a trait typical of those born in the Year of the Goat. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy cocktails aptly named “Abundance,” “Fortune,” “Family,” “Friendship” and “Wisdom and Peace.”
