The acquisition enables ChiroHD to build best-in-class native billing and revenue cycle management directly into the ChiroHD platform, improving insurance success and billing outcomes for practices and their patients.
Billing and revenue cycle management are among the most time-consuming and challenging parts of running a chiropractic practice. In Chiropractic Economics' 2025 Salary and Expense Survey, doctors of chiropractic reported collecting an average of roughly 62 cents for every dollar billed, down from 71 cents the year before. ChiroHD is building a platform that goes beyond the EHR, with billing woven natively into the workflow. Adding ChiroBilling's team brings billing expertise to ChiroHD customers faster than ChiroHD could build it alone.
