In the Choices Recovery Celebrity Interview Lounge, hosted by TV and film star Chase Masterson, many of the attendees at the EcoLuxe Lunge took time to share their perspectives on addiction and treatment with us, including Mike Pericoloso, who has been featured in the American Ninja Warrior TV competition series as well as on VH1’s Dating Naked, among others.
Mike spoke with Chase about the effects that substance abuse has had on his own personal life. “My brother went through a very long addiction process,” Mike shared. “He was addicted to pills, has been in and out of rehab and halfway houses. It’s a terrible thing to go through. You have to have a huge support system to get out of it. My dad was there, my mom was there, my sister was there. I was the one who drove him to his recovery house and made sure that he stayed there and did what he had to do. Now, he’s doing well.”
