Rex Securities Law recently filed a FINRA arbitration suit against Janney Montgomery Scott (JMS) on behalf of a retired firefighter/first responder from Stuart, FL. The suit alleges that JMS broker Christopher David Sinkula made unsuitable investment recommendations that resulted in large losses to our client's retirement funds.

The suit alleges that JMS failed to supervise their agent, Chris SInkula, who recommended unsuitable and risky investments, including large positions in energy investments, which caused significant losses to our client's IRA and savings accounts.
