Christopher Guy Hosts Memorable Evening at Las Vegas Summer Market
Las Vegas (PRWEB) August 02, 2016 -- Global luxury lifestyle brand Christopher Guy (CG) held a press conference and champagne reception on Sunday, July 31, the first day of Las Vegas Summer Market.
Christopher Guy Harrison, founder, CEO and lead designer of the eponymous brand, Paul Watson, president of CG-Americas, and Bob Maricich, president and CEO of International Market Centers, shared the future vision of CG’s exciting new space in High Point, which will be unveiled in 2017. The three men struck a champagne toast to mark the lease signing of the new space.
“The High Point showroom is the most exciting and ambitious project that we’ve ever undertaken,” said Mr. Watson. “We believe it will change the way the industry views showroom spaces.”
Mr. Harrison concurred. “We are proud to launch this new building…our biggest showroom in America. We chose to create a space for our customers, which allows them to enjoy our products in a bespoke space.”
Responding to a question from the media, Mr. Harrison revealed that he is designing the entire High Point building, “from light fixtures to façade.” The conference ended to a huge ovation from the gathered crowd.
After the press conference, CG hosted a three-hour champagne reception at the CG Las Vegas Showroom to celebrate the updated and expanded showroom’s one-year anniversary. Over 300 guests joined in the festivities, with many posting photos and comments in social media making it one of the biggest trending topics for Market Week.
One of the day’s many highlights included Hollywood award-winning actress and furnishings designer Jane Seymour joining Mr. Harrison for a personal tour of the CG Showroom. “The showroom is breathtaking,” the one-time Dr. Quinn and Bond Girl said. “I adore the pieces and have thoroughly enjoyed talking design ideas with Christopher.”
Las Vegas Summer Market Week continues through Thursday, August 4. The CG Showroom is open to the media and the public during the event, starting at 8:00am. Regular business hours for the showroom are from 10:00am – 5:00pm.
