Cipher Research Director Dr. Fred Hoffman's presentation on "Integrating Five Types of Intelligence to Achieve Organizational Excellence" was awarded the "Best Paper" at the MakeLearn & TIIM 2019 conference held May 15th -17th at EMUNI University in Piran, Slovenia.
