Cisco Technology Leader Carlos Dominguez Joins Sprinklr
New York, NY (PRWEB) February 06, 2015 -- Sprinklr, Inc. announced today that former Cisco Systems senior executive Carlos Dominguez has joined the company’s executive team as president and chief operating officer. Previously an active member of Sprinklr’s board of directors, Dominguez will now guide strategic direction and oversee business operations for the organization as it continues expanding to support the digital transformation of its growing client base of more than 750 brands.
“Carlos has three decades of experience scaling global organizations in stages of hyper growth, combined with an unparalleled passion for innovation and a contagious energy,” said Ragy Thomas, chief executive officer and founder of Sprinklr. “As Sprinklr continues to scale, we will rely heavily on his leadership and expertise to further support large brands on the path toward digital transformation.”
Prior to joining Sprinklr, Dominguez spent 22 years at Cisco Systems in a variety of roles. Over the last seven years, he served as a technology evangelist and representative for the chairman and CEO of Cisco. During his tenure at Cisco, he established Cisco in the strategic markets of financial services, media, and pharmaceuticals. He helped establish and led Cisco’s Service Provider organization to generate more than $14 billion in annual revenue. Before joining Cisco, Dominguez also held management positions at Timeplex, Inc. and New Jersey Bell/Bell Atlanticom.
“Ragy and I have worked closely for years to build a trusted partnership, and we share a common vision for how large organizations can utilize social to create valuable customer experiences,” noted Dominguez. “Sprinklr is a market leader in social media innovation and I look forward to deepening our operational capabilities so we can expand our business to better serve brands on a global scale."
Dominguez will provide operational leadership for Sprinklr at a time when the company is experiencing rapid growth.
