Fugere will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Michael Axt and oversee the Product Management, Product Delivery, and Business Intelligence teams.
Fugere brings more than 30 years of executive leadership spanning healthcare, technology, product strategy, engineering, and operations.

Most recently, Fugere served as Chief Product Officer at CentralSquare Technologies, where he led the expansion of AI capabilities across the product portfolio and internal workflows, driving significant productivity improvements while strengthening product operations and go-to-market execution.

Fugere holds degrees in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration and is an Executive Fellow in the American College of Health Data Management.
