This is a new position, created to fill needs due to the Company's continuous growth. Merkley brings to Emerald Data Solutions his proven experience as a corporate attorney, insurance professional, human resources executive and President of Employer Solutions Group that won multiple Alfred Sloan Awards for Business Excellence and “Best Companies to Work For.”

Most recently, Merkley was Senior Vice President with Leavitt Group Insurance Advisors, primarily responsible for the production of new middle-market commercial insurance business and human resources. Merkley also worked as the Deputy Human Resources Director for Utah County Government.
