ClearTV Media Launches Its Airport TV Network ClearVision at Denver International Airport
Burbnk, CA (PRWEB) June 24, 2015 -- ClearTV Media launches its airport TV network ClearVision at Denver International Airport.
53 million air travelers and countless advertisers to benefit from ClearTV’s dynamic away-from-home television platform at Denver International Airport.
ClearTV Media, a US-based operator of television networks installed in select, high-value, away-from-home locations, announced today that its in-airport TV network, ClearVision, is now available and broadcasting as DEN-TV at Denver International Airport. Travellers are given a complete programming mix including news, sports and lifestyle, as well as programming from both a national and local perspective. Denver International Airport is the nation’s fifth largest airport.
ClearVision delivers a lineup of top tier programming from over 200 content providers, covering entertainment, news, weather and sports and enables airports to offer a customized TV station, which boasts content specific to the locality. DEN-TV will showcase programming from several local organizations such as Visit Denver, Ski Colorado and The Denver Zoo.
In other news, ClearTV has named CBS 4, KCNC-TV Denver, as DEN-TV’s exclusive provider for local news, sports and weather. CBS 4 will deliver several daily news updates to DEN-TV to keep the travelling public up to date on what’s happening in and around Colorado.
“CBS 4 is proud to partner with ClearTV Media to provide news, weather and sports updates to travelers at Denver International Airport,” says Tim Wieland, News Director at CBS 4, KCNC-TV. “We take pride in being Colorado’s news channel, and DEN-TV will allow us to provide valuable information to all those traveling through our city.”
“Its hard to imagine a better partnering for this addition to the ClearVision family of airports, than CBS 4 Denver, Denver International and Clear Channel Airports. This team is contributing to the finest programming available anywhere in airport television,” said Henry Mauriss, CEO of ClearTV Media.
ClearVision gives its participating airports the capability to incorporate customized messages and promotional content within the programming, helping airports better connect with visitors and enhance the traveling experience. ClearVision’s large audience and its high, dwell-time is an attractive platform for national and local advertisers alike.
“If they like the content, if they can relate to the content, they will love the advertising,” said ClearTV Media’s Chief Revenue Officer Mark Papia. “Great content, coupled with a top flight airport like Denver International, means awesome programming and great marketing opportunities for our viewers and ad partners.”
Since its launch in 2012, ClearVision has been activated in Louis-Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY), Raleigh-Durham International (RDU), Cleveland-Hopkins International (CLE), Dallas Love Field (DAL), Grand Rapids (GRR) and Denver International Airport. Three more airports are currently in the process of being equipped with the company’s hardware: San Jose (California), Reno and most recently Daytona.
