Ken will oversee all aspects of the Vibe HCM services organization including customer support, implementation, training and customer success. Robin is responsible for defining and executing all customer success initiatives including account management, growth and retention.
Ken has over 25 years of executive experience with in-depth knowledge of engineering services, customer success, professional services, managed services and enterprise SaaS. Most recently, Ken served as the Vice President of Customer Support for Experian Consumer Services/CSidentify. Ken has also held executive level positions with Rackspace Hosting, Vignette Corporation, BMC Software, Sun Microsystems and Digital Equipment Corporation.

Robin is a veteran service leader with 25 years' experience in SaaS and cloud software industry. She has successfully built teams and programs that help customers adopt new technologies and realize the value of their investment. Most recently, as Vice President of Account Management at Kimbia, she redefined the customer engagement model, driving significant improvements in customer health. Robin has also held service and support leadership positions with PeopleAdmin and CompassLearning.
